


my story

Hello, my name is Kieran and I'm a personal trainer based in Hadleigh Essex and I coach men and woman to lose fat, build muscle and gain strength.
By giving you the knowledge and accountability needed to build new habits around food, exercise and recovery that leave you feeling and looking great.

The start
I have been into health and fitness for a long time. I started my own fitness journey aged 16, as I didn't like how skinny I was, lacked confidence, energy and mental clarity.
I remember reading a few books and giving it my all. unaware at the time just how many mistakes I was making, ultimately leading to lack of results and frustration.
I kept at it, studying and trying out many different methods to get the body of my dreams. I was so into transforming my own health and fitness I thought I'd make it my job helping other people, as I was studying and applying everything to do with it anyway. So in 2016 I passed my level 3 personal training certification and started my career.
The Now
I'm a keen learner who is dedicated to achieving success with my clients. a few things I have learnt over the years for achieving goals are.
